We hope you’ll be delighted with your Sundar pashmina, but in some cases you may require a refund or return.

For UK customers:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will provide you with a full refund so long as you return the product within 2 weeks of receiving it. The product must be unworn, unwashed and with its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the postage of the item. All returns must be sent using a “signed-for” delivery method. When we have confirmed the return by email we then proceed to credit payment back to the method originally used for the purchase. If the product has been worn or damaged or is missing it’s packaging we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

For non-UK customers:

We do not currently offer refunds or returns for international customers.
